Students undergo structured training that includes strength building, stamina enhancement, flexibility drills, and obstacle-based exercises.

DEMO BHARTI AT PRAGATI COACHING DEFENCE ACADEMY

At Pragati Coaching Defence Academy (PDCA), we regularly organize Demo Bharti sessions for students preparing for Indian Army and Maharashtra Police recruitment. These sessions are designed to mirror the actual recruitment process, giving candidates a real-time experience of what to expect during the official selection.

The Demo Bharti at PDCA includes activities similar to the original recruitment drives—such as physical fitness tests, race timing checks, long jump, high jump, height and chest measurements, weight verification, and more. This hands-on approach allows aspirants to assess their current performance and identify areas that need improvement.

Why Demo Bharti is Important?

Demo Bharti plays a crucial role for every serious aspirant. It gives candidates an opportunity to evaluate their readiness for police and army recruitment. Whether it’s checking if your running time meets the required standards, measuring your stamina, or reviewing your physical stats—Demo Bharti helps highlight your strengths and weaknesses.

Moreover, participants can understand:

Where they stand in their preparation

Which physical or written test components need more effort

How close they are to meeting official recruitment standards

Who Can Participate?

Anyone preparing for Maharashtra Police or Indian Army Bharti, SSC GD, RPF, Forest Bharti between the ages of 16 to 28, is encouraged to take part in our Demo Bharti. It’s the best way to experience the real challenge ahead and prepare accordingly.
